The terms
Plain English, and short. Tap any one to open it. All of them apply.
Say we sent it
Every post has to make clear you got the pieces from us or that you earn on the code. Somewhere a person will actually see it: the caption, or on the video. Not buried in a comment, not only in your bio.
Say it however you say things. "gifted by @chromedrxp", "@chromedrxp sent me these", "my code's in the bio", or the platform's own paid partnership tag. Any of those is fine. We are not going to hand you a script or ask to approve anything.
Why it is not optional: the rules here are about a connection, not about money. Free product counts. A code you earn on definitely counts. And when it goes wrong the brand carries it as much as the creator, so this one protects both of us. A post without it has to come down.
Don't say things about the products we can't prove
Describe how a piece looks, fits you, and what you think of it. That's yours to say.
Don't claim what it's made of. No sterling, no 925, no silver, no diamond, no fabric weights, no waterproof, no UV400. We don't publish those claims because we can't back them, and a claim you make on our behalf lands on us the same way.
Where your code can go
Your own posts, your stories, your bio, your close friends. Send it to people directly if you like.
Not on coupon sites, deal forums, voucher aggregators, or paid search on our name. Those don't bring anyone new, they just take commission on people who were already buying.
How the money works
You earn on the amount a customer actually pays, before shipping and tax.
Commission starts at 3 orders, and when it starts it covers those first three too. You are not giving them away, they are just held until the code has shown it works.
An order that gets refunded, charged back or returned comes off your total, even if it already counted.
Paid monthly, in the first week, once you're over $50 USD. Under that it rolls to the next month.
You're not employed by us. What you earn is yours to declare, and your tax is your own.
The free pieces
You pick them, we send them, they're yours. You don't have to send anything back if you stop.
Five to start, more at each tier. Not more every drop. We can say no to a specific piece if it's out of stock or it's the most expensive thing we sell.
Your posts, and us using them
Your content stays yours. By joining, you let us repost it on our own channels and site with credit to you.
If you want something taken down, email chromedrxpshop@gmail.com and it comes down.
Ending it
Either of us can stop at any time, no notice needed. An email to chromedrxpshop@gmail.com is enough.
Anything already earned still gets paid. Your code stops working the day it ends.
We'll switch a code off without warning if it's being used somewhere it shouldn't be, or if a post is missing its disclosure.
Your own orders
Your code is for other people. It doesn't work on your own orders, and you don't earn on anything you buy yourself.
Same for orders that are obviously you: your address, your card, a burner account. Those come off the total.
You don't need it anyway. Ask and we'll sort you out.
Don't resell the free pieces
They're yours to wear, keep, or give to someone. Not to sell.
Seeing them on Depop or Vinted ends the arrangement, because at that point we're funding somebody competing with us on our own product.
Sizes on the free pieces
Check the measurements before you pick. Everything's made to order, so a free piece in the wrong size can't be swapped or returned.
Not sure? Ask us before you submit. We'd rather answer than have you stuck with something that doesn't fit.
Speaking for us
You're not us. Don't answer customer questions as though you are, don't run accounts that look like ours, and don't tell anyone when a drop is landing before we've said it publicly.
If someone asks you something you don't know, send them to us. That's the right answer and it's less work for you.
Your details
We keep what you put in this form so we can run the program: your name, your email, your handle, your picks.
We don't sell it, we don't hand it to anyone else, and if you want it deleted, email chromedrxpshop@gmail.com and it's gone.
What we track
Every order placed on your code gets counted. That's how we know when you move up a tier, and it's how the free pieces get paid for. The program funds itself out of what the codes bring in.
We see the order totals against your code. We don't see who your followers are, and we don't get anything from your accounts.
The boring ones
What's on this page is the deal. If something got said differently in a DM, or you remember it another way, this page is what counts. Nothing said in a message changes it unless we put it here.
Which means: if any of it isn't clear, ask before you tick the box. We'd rather answer a question now than have a disagreement later, and "I didn't realise" is not going to get anywhere once you've agreed to it.
Tiers move up on the numbers above. We can adjust the rates or the thresholds, and if we do, you get told before it takes effect and anything already earned stays at the old rate.
These terms are a plain English summary. They're not a substitute for advice, for either of us.
