The Chrome Drxp name and marks, the design and code of this site, our styling, our catalogue names, and the writing throughout belong to Chrome Drxp. You may not copy, reproduce, republish, or use any of it commercially without written permission.

You are welcome to share links to our pages, and to repost images from our listings on social media so long as the post credits Chrome Drxp and does not present the work as your own. That is our permission to you. It does not override anyone else's rights in a garment or an image.

Products

Chrome Drxp is a curated shop. We select pieces from third-party manufacturers and suppliers and present them under our own catalogue names. We are not the manufacturer.

Any trade mark, design right, or copyright in a manufactured garment belongs to whoever holds it. Nothing on this site is a claim to own the design of a piece we did not design, and buying an item gives you the item, not any rights in it.

Accuracy

We take care with every listing and we do not knowingly publish anything false. Even so, colours vary between screens, hand measurements vary slightly between units of the same piece, and errors happen.

We do not publish fabric weights, compositions, or fit claims we have not confirmed with the supplier. Where a listing is silent on something, it is because we do not know it, not because we are hiding it. Ask and we will find out.

If a price or description is wrong, we may cancel the order and refund you in full rather than fill it at a figure that was never right. You will not be charged and you will owe us nothing.

Links out

This site links to places we do not control, including carrier tracking and our social accounts. We are not responsible for their content, their availability, or what they do with your information once you are there.

Availability

We do not promise the site will be available without interruption. It is a shop, not infrastructure, and it goes down occasionally like every other shop.

Your rights are not affected

Nothing on this page or anywhere on this site limits or excludes a right you have under the Australian Consumer Law, or under any other law that cannot be excluded by agreement.

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.

Beyond those rights, and to the extent the law allows, our total liability for any order is limited to what you paid for it.

If you hold rights and think we are infringing them

Email chromedrxpshop@gmail.com with the listing, what you own, and the basis of your claim.

We will take the listing down while we look into it. We would rather remove a piece than argue about one.

Complaints

Email us first. Most things get sorted directly and faster than through anyone else.

If we cannot resolve it between us, Australian customers can take the matter to their state or territory consumer protection agency, which is the body that handles individual disputes. In New South Wales that is NSW Fair Trading, in Victoria it is Consumer Affairs Victoria, and every other state and territory has its equivalent. You can also report a business to the Australian Competition and Consumer Commission, though the ACCC does not resolve individual complaints.

Customers in the EU and the UK have equivalent bodies in their own country.

Governing law

This site and anything bought from it are governed by the laws of Australia.

We may update this notice. The version published here at the time of your order is the one that applies to it.
