SHIPPING

Where we ship

Worldwide.

A small number of destinations are excluded where carriers will not deliver or customs will not clear apparel. If yours is one of them, checkout will tell you before you pay.

Where it ships from

We are based in Australia. Stock is held and dispatched by our suppliers in Shenzhen, China.

That is worth knowing up front, because it is the reason delivery takes longer than a domestic order, the reason tracking goes quiet for a stretch mid-journey, and the reason a multi-piece order can arrive as more than one parcel. None of those are problems. All three are covered below.

What it costs

Standard shipping is free worldwide. There is no minimum and no threshold.

Express is available at checkout for a fee, which is shown before you pay.

Nothing is added after checkout except the import duties described further down, which are collected by your country and never by us.

Before it ships

You get a confirmation email the moment you order. That one means we have your order, not that it has left.

The second email is the one that matters. It carries your tracking link and it goes out the moment the piece is actually on its way. Most orders are dispatched within 5 business days.

If that second email has not arrived within a week, check your spam folder first, then email us. We would rather tell you where it is than have you guessing.

How long it takes

Time in transit From the day you order
Standard 12 to 24 business days about 3 to 6 weeks
Express 4 to 12 business days about 1 to 3 weeks

Business days means Monday to Friday and does not count weekends or public holidays. Twelve business days is a bit over two weeks on a calendar, and twenty-four is closer to five. The right-hand column adds our dispatch time so you can see the whole thing at once.

The same times apply wherever you are. We ship from one place, so a parcel to Sydney and a parcel to Los Angeles take about as long as each other.

These are estimates from the carrier, not guarantees. Customs, weather, and peak periods move them. We will always tell you what we actually know rather than repeat an estimate we no longer believe.

If an order runs so far past its estimate that it has not turned up in a reasonable time, that is a different matter and your consumer guarantee rights apply. Email us and we will refund you.

Your order may arrive in more than one parcel

We curate across several makers, so a multi-piece order is often packed and dispatched separately rather than held until everything is together.

That means a four-piece fit can arrive as four parcels on four different days, each with its own tracking. Nothing is missing. If one of them has not turned up a week after the others, that is worth emailing us about.

Tracking

Every order ships with tracking.

Tracking can sit still for several days, particularly between leaving the origin country and being scanned into your local network. That gap is normal and it is not a lost parcel. If nothing has updated for 10 business days, email us and we will open it with the carrier.

Import duties and taxes

Orders ship internationally from China, so they may attract import duties, taxes, or a customs handling fee when they arrive in your country. These are set by your country, they are not ours, and they are not included in what you paid us.

The carrier will contact you if anything is owed. Delivery does not complete until it is paid.

We cannot tell you in advance what your country will charge, and we cannot mark a parcel as a gift or understate its value. Both are illegal and both risk your parcel being seized.

If a parcel is refused at customs or abandoned because charges were not paid, we cannot refund it.

Wrong or incomplete addresses

Check your address at checkout. It is the single most common thing that goes wrong.

If you spot a mistake, email us immediately. If the order has not shipped we will fix it. Once it has shipped we cannot redirect it, and a parcel returned to sender because of an address error is not refundable.

Lost, stolen, or damaged in transit

Marked as delivered but not there: check with anyone else at the address and with your neighbours first, then give it 48 hours. Carriers scan early more often than you would think. If it still has not appeared, email us and we will lodge an enquiry.

Genuinely lost in transit, or arrived damaged: that is on us. Photos of the damage and the packaging, and we sort it under the returns policy.
