When will it arrive?

Your order is made after you place it, so there are two stages. Dispatch takes 2 to 5 business days. After that it is 12 to 24 business days to reach you. At the long end that is around five weeks, so order with that in mind rather than the short end.

Why does it take that long?

Nothing here sits in a warehouse waiting. Each piece is made once you order it, which is why a chapter can be small and strange rather than safe and mass produced. The trade is time.

Do you ship worldwide?

Yes, everywhere, and shipping is free. There is no minimum spend and no shipping added at checkout.

How do I track it?

A tracking link is emailed to you the moment your order ships. If it is not in your inbox, check the folder your bank emails land in.

My tracking has not moved

Normal for the first stretch. Tracking updates when the parcel is scanned at a handover point, not continuously, so several quiet days in a row does not mean it is lost. If it has not moved at all for two weeks, tell us.

Will I pay customs or import tax?

Any import duty or tax is set by the country it is going to, not by us, and it is not included in the price. Most orders arrive without any, but it is your country's rule and not something we can waive.

Can I change my size, or cancel?

Tell us before it is dispatched, which is usually 2 to 5 business days. After that it has gone into production and cannot be stopped.

I put in the wrong address

Email chromedrxpshop@gmail.com straight away with your order number. If it has not shipped we can change it. Once it has shipped we cannot, and a parcel sent to a wrong address is not something we can replace.

Can I order more than one thing?

Yes, and it still ships free. Pieces are made separately, so a two piece order may arrive as two parcels on different days. Both are tracked.

What size should I get?

Everything is cut oversized on purpose. Take your normal size if you want it to sit the way it does in the photos. Size down one if you want it closer to the body.

Is it true to the photos?

The photos are the piece. Screens differ on black though, and most of this is black on black, so expect the detail to read stronger in daylight than it does on your phone at night.

How does it work?

One spin per person. Whatever you land on goes straight into your cart at zero. Add two pieces of your own and it stays free all the way through checkout.

Is it actually free?

Yes. It comes off at checkout, and shipping is free as well, so the piece costs you nothing. Your cart may show it at full price on the way there. The checkout is where the real number is.

Can I spin again?

No. One per person. The reel lands where the draw says and there is no second go, which is the only thing that makes the first one mean anything.

What if I take it out of my cart?

Then it is gone. It will not put itself back, and you do not get another spin. Leave it in until you have decided.

Does the free one count towards the two?

No. You need two pieces you chose and paid for. The prize does not unlock itself.

It arrived damaged, faulty, or it is the wrong thing

Email chromedrxpshop@gmail.com with your order number and a photo. That gets sorted. You do not pay to send a faulty piece back and you are not out of pocket for it.

Can I return something I just do not want?

No. Everything is made to order, so a change of mind return is not something we take. If you are in the EU or the UK, the law gives you that right anyway and we honour it in full.

It never turned up

If tracking says delivered and it is not with you, check with anyone else at the address and with your neighbours first, because that is where it usually is. If it is genuinely gone, tell us and we will chase the carrier.

What can I pay with?

Everything switched on at the checkout, shown below. If your method is not here it is not accepted.

Is my card safe?

Your card details go straight to the payment processor and are never seen or stored by us. The whole checkout runs over an encrypted connection.

What currency am I charged in?

Whatever the checkout shows you, in full, with the currency code next to it. Nothing is converted behind your back and there is no separate handling fee from us.
